Birthday and beach

 It was my  birthday this week! I had a yummy cake and nice card. I also had a fun time at the beach with mates. It's so good to be back

 I enjoyed using the massage chair in the sensory room and I also had a foot massage and a head massage. We listened to relaxing music and had the lights down low. We had lavender scented aromatherapy wax melts too. Aaaaahhhhhh bliss!
