I enjoyed doing a mindfulness colouring of an Easter egg and making special pop out Easter cards this week in Twinkl!
Relaxing in sensory
I enjoyed using the massage chair in the sensory room and I also had a foot massage and a head massage. We listened to relaxing music and had the lights down low. We had lavender scented aromatherapy wax melts too. Aaaaahhhhhh bliss!
