I enjoyed getting on the yoga mat to do some mindfulness movements. It made me feel very relaxed and calm and focus on my breathing. Check out some of my poses!
It was a stunner of a morning to go for a stroll along the boardwalk at Mount Maunganui. There was lots to watch along the way and I enjoyed being a joker and making my friend Moeata have a laugh.
i had a nice and wonderful day with my frinds we played some fun games shaerd a lot of laughter and tried a new activites together .it was such a memorable expeirence
